General Policies
Base prices for full rental are for accommodation only. In the option with breakfast, add €10/adult and €5/child up to 10 years of age per day.
Check-in must be carried out from 15:30 until 21:00 and Check-out until 11:30.
Any type of extra bed is only available on request, when booking and must be confirmed.
Dogs (small size) are welcome in Agua D' Alte. However, admission is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions
At the time of booking, 50% of the stay will be charged. The Customer must make the payment within 48 hours of confirming the reservation by bank transfer, so that the reservation is reconfirmed.
The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, for the period between September 16th and May 31st, and up to 30 days prior to the check-in date for stays in high season and up to 90 days in the Special Season, with the 30-day advance policy applying to festive seasons and "bridge" weekends.
Methods of payment accepted for reservations: bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 15 days (in Low Season) and up to 30 days (in Medium and High Season, Festive or "bridge" weekends), before the check-in date, we will refund the deposit provided. Cancellations at a later date, advance amounts are non-refundable.
In the special season (July and August), advances made are not refundable.
